The Origin of the Standard

A corporate insurance leasing company, founded in 2017. Buildings, contracts, dependable rent for landlords. When the offices emptied in early 2020 and the long-term tenants stepped away, we furnished the vacant units and opened them to short-term travellers. The response was immediate. By summer, the philosophy had broadened into the brand it is today. The leasing rigour stayed with us. We still sign Master Lease Partnership Agreements with every owner. They earn guaranteed income. The rest is ours to steward.

We furnish for real life, not photography. Hotel-grade linens, kitchens equipped to cook a full meal in, high-speed wifi tested before arrival, and a workspace built around a proper chair. Every unit is walked before a guest does, so the standard holds whether you arrive in a Manhattan walk-up or a Dallas loft.

Trust and Accountability

Everyone who turns over a unit is on our payroll. No apps, no subcontractors. Our teams know each residence to the drawer, down to where the wine opener lives. Ring cameras anchor every entrance, noise sensors alert staff on the ground, and smart locks issue a unique code per guest, retired the moment they check out. Consistency, by design, is what makes a home feel right the moment you walk in.

Every property is anchored by a Master Lease Agreement with guaranteed monthly rent. Because our housekeeping team works directly for us, the residence is maintained daily rather than rescued seasonally. When the moment to sell arrives, there is nothing to repair first.
