Great location for the convention center. Easy walk. Spacious for spending time in the Airbnb.
Had a great time staying here. The only bad thing is that there is only one elevator working and it takes time to get in and out. Otherwise all great!

Excellent space, would happily stay and recommend to others! The owner was in regular communication, and when a minor maintenance issue arose during our stay, they called someone to fix it promptly! Great experience.

The first night the ac unit was frozen. The tstat was set at 63 and the actual temperature was 86, at 2 am it was still 82 in the entire condo so didn't get very good sleep. I turned it off and turned it back on around 4 and by 6 it was freezing. Other than that, the place was great, plenty of places to walk to nearby for food and it's downtown on the 17th floor. Overall very nice place
Customer service was fantastic. They allowed me entry to bring a welcome basket! They were incredibly responsive before and during for any questions and concerns. Location is typical downtown; parking is a block away even though there is basement parking for residence. ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT ALLOTMENT, even though 6 guests. Parking is $17+ a day (not 24hrs, an overnight is $37 even when it was only 15hrs) Only one entry fob- so any downtown visits or guests need to plan accordingly. It’s good that customer service is prompt because the special entries can be confusing. This is Texas- it’s always HOT - but this apartment stays warm no matter the thermostat settings. A fan was provided, but unfortunately sleep was tough. Beds- the single room is FIRM. The two beds in one are softer. Plenty of kitchen dishes, but no pantry items- but a great little market 2 doors down! A CVS is also within walking distance. Overall a wonderful weekend for my girls’ birthday

I love this place. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable as well. The building was quiet and friendly. The apartment itself was very cozy and comfortable. I am definitely staying here again when I come back
