Curated Spaces in Chic Neighborhoods
We pick buildings in parts of town worth walking around. Then we furnish them for how people actually live on the road, not how it photographs, but how it feels at 11pm when you just want to make pasta and not think. Our cleaners are on staff. They know every unit by heart. That's the whole trick.

Near downtown, easy walking to Loring Park, Walker Art center, Minneapolis Institute of Art... convention center, Target etc...Coffee down by the leasing office. Internet WiFi is fast. Washer/Dryer, and dishwasher were in good condition. I reclean everything including cups, dishes, towels and sheets prior to using since they switched our room when we got there, and this room appeared to be not ready. Checking in was a bit of problem, front entrance digital panel was broken on arrival day, no one in the leasing office, I had to follow some other tenant in to get the lock box upstairs. Then, my original room was changed to another unit (not the same as the picture), not the best neighborhood to walk around. The kitchen is not equipped to do any cooking other than boiling water, microwave. Small pots/pans appeared to be in bad shape, even the mugs were in bad shape. No coffee or coffee maker in room (at the lobby), perhaps because they switched my room last minute. Parking was a problem and took them 3 days with constant SMS to resolve; and when I finally got the parking pass, I found out the parking lot is a block away in a muddy busy construction lot.; since the rental car became liability we returned that and used Uber and walking instead. The bed was not firm, but we managed.
All around great an communicated throughout the stay...
We had an amazing stay! The cleanliness was amazing, we didn’t have to worry about cleaning during our stay. The hosts were absolutely amazing and very responsive. I will definitely book a stay again and I want to express my gratitude to the hosts for being so welcoming.
The location was close to downtown and convenient. Having a patio and kitchen was nice. The location was comfortable during the day but at night it was not safe to be walking around. The parking was a block away so you had to walk past the people hanging out on the street. Our car was the only car in the lot and an alternate exit did not require key access to enter or leave. The patio was above the dumpsters so it smelled. The bed frame was broken and unusable. The couch and headboard were stained. On site staff were not the most knowledgeable and walked in without knocking. Off site staff was quick to offer help but slow to follow through. They offered to pay for a hotel for the night until a new bed came in but quickly changed their mind. They offered to refund the rest of the stay but then said it was 15 minutes after check out time so we would have to pay for an extra night. Ended up checking out over a week early and had to pay for an extra night.
Super nice place to stay at and love the view to downtown Minneapolis. Love that they have tv in all rooms and super nice kitchen.
Great
Honestly one of the best places we have gone too, we needed a last minute trip and it was affordable and very nice! My roommate’s also loved it and so did my wife 10/10 will be booking again
Great stay!!
Nice apartment that was perfect for 6 people. My only complaint about the apartment was that it is not in the best part of town. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy.
