We welcome cats and dogs (size restrictions apply). Up to 2 pets per stay. Please inform us in advance — bringing a pet without prior notice may result in cancellation.

Pet Cleaning Fees:
$100 for the pet fee is added at the time of your booking. Please include your pet onto your booking before confirming.

Complete our verification portal
In some cases, undergo a background check
A mandatory Guest Protection Waiver. The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and covers up to $400 in accidental damages, giving you added peace of mind during your stay.

A Minut noise monitoring device is installed in the unit — it monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video

While the building and its amenities are maintained by property management, we are not responsible for any building-level maintenance, repairs, or temporary amenity closures outside of our control.
