We welcome pets (cats and dogs only), subject to size restrictions. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per reservation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, and ensure the applicable pet cleaning fee is added to your reservation prior to booking.
If pets are brought without prior notice or not included in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.

Apartment Location:

To enter the building, you will need to retrieve you key fob from your respective lockbox attached to garage G100. (Enter the building driveway from the side that the leasing office is on and garage Garage# G100 is the first garage that will be on your left hand side directly after the residents gate). YOUR LOCKBOX IS TC36.

For the easiest way to locate your condo, walk back towards the leasing office and enter through the mail room door (you will need to scan your key fob). Walk straight through the mailroom to the second set of doors into the complex hallway. Make a right and keep walking along the hallway and you will find your condo.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to park in the resident parking area, we will need your "YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, COLOR & YOUR LICENSE PLATE NUMBER TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE." If this information is not provided, your vehicle will be towed from the parking.

We welcome cats and dogs (size restrictions apply). Up to 3 pets per stay. Please inform us in advance — bringing a pet without prior notice may result in cancellation.
Pet Cleaning Fees:
1–4 nights: $100
5–29 nights: $150
30+ nights: $200

A mandatory Guest Protection Waiver. The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and covers up to $400 in accidental damages, giving you added peace of mind during your stay.

This unit features queen-over-queen bunk beds. Guests are advised to exercise caution when using the bunk beds. The company is not responsible for any injuries related to bunk bed use.

Surveillance cameras are located in building hallways for guest safety
A Minut noise monitoring device is installed in the unit — it monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video
