To enter the building, you will need to retrieve you key fob from your respective lockbox attached to garage G100. (Enter the building driveway from the side that the leasing office is on and garage Garage# G100 is the first garage that will be on your left hand side directly after the residents gate). YOUR LOCKBOX IS TC43.

For the easiest way to locate your condo, walk back towards the leasing office and enter through the mail room door (you will need to scan your key fob). Walk straight through the mailroom to the second set of doors into the complex hallway. Make a right and keep walking along the hallway until you get to the elevator in front of the clubhouse (right past the gym). Take the elevator to the THIRD floor. Then make a right out of the elevator, walking along that hallway, your condo door will be on your left. Your door number is 13043.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to park in the resident parking area, we will need your "YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, COLOR & YOUR LICENSE PLATE NUMBER TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE." If this information is not provided, your vehicle will be towed from the parking.

The apartment was very cute, cozy, and exactly as pictured. I also appreciated the high level of security with the gated entry, and the location was convenient, about 20 minutes from downtown with plenty of nearby amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a very strong dog/animal odor that smelled like urine and feces. We tried lighting candles, but the smell had permeated the entire apartment, including the sheets, rugs, and bathroom. If you're an animal lover or accustomed to pets, this may not bother you as much, but for us it was overwhelming. We found ourselves spending more time outside the apartment than we had planned because of the odor. If it weren't for the smell, I would have rated this property much higher because it truly is a charming and comfortable space. I hope the host is able to address the issue, as it would make a significant difference for future guests. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)

Exactly 10 min to Dickies Arena, very easy to find, and exactly as described. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. All appliances were in working order and it was quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe here and would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!

Check in was horrendous. Was there to check in at 4:00 and had a meeting planned at 5:00, just minutes down the road. Because of the troubles getting the key fob and getting in the unit, we missed our meeting. Once we arrived to the unit, the smell of marijuana was very strong. I had a 13 year old child with me so this was pretty upsetting. The buildings elevator was out, (all weekend) due to bad weather and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Kitchen is minimally stocked so If you plan to cook, bring your necessities. Despite all the negatives, the host responded very quickly to our issues and did offer us 15% off our stay for our troubles which is greatly appreciated.
