Pet Policy:
We welcome pets (cats and dogs only), subject to size restrictions. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per reservation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, and ensure the applicable pet cleaning fee is added to your reservation prior to booking.
If pets are brought without prior notice or not included in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.

Secure Check-In & Guest Protection
All guests are required to complete their check-in through our secure guest portal, which includes identity verification and a mandatory, non-refundable Guest Protection Waiver. This requirement is part of building regulations and ensures compliance while providing added protection for guests throughout their stay.

The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and provides coverage of up to $400 for accidental damages, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

Parking:
Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.

A Note About Summer Pests

Texas summers occasionally bring ants and other small insects indoors, even in well-maintained buildings. We clean thoroughly between every stay and coordinate regularly with the property's pest-control service, though we can't guarantee insects never appear.

To help keep them out, please keep windows and exterior doors closed as much as possible while the AC is running.

If you do notice anything during your stay, let us know right away and we'll get it handled quickly. Thanks for your understanding.

Apartment Location & Parking:

Free parking is available. The complex has ample parking. All vehicles need to be registered before they can be parked anywhere on the property.

General Parking Rules of Enforcement:
● Do not park in a reserved or a carport (spots under the sheds)
● Do not park in Fire lane(s)
● Do not Block Driveways, Dumpsters, or other vehicles
● Do not occupy multiple spaces
● Do not park in Handicap without a state approved placard/plate
● Do not park on landscape/grass/sidewalk
● Do not park in striped out areas/no parking zones
● No abandoned/inoperable/wrecked/junk, nuisance vehicle(s)

To enter the building, you will need to retrieve you key fob from your respective lockbox attached to garage G100. (Enter the building driveway from the side that the leasing office is on and garage Garage# G100 is the first garage that will be on your left hand side directly after the residents gate). YOUR LOCKBOX IS TC68.

For the easiest way to locate your condo, walk back towards the leasing office and enter through the mail room door (you will need to scan your key fob). Walk straight through the mailroom to the second set of doors into the complex hallway. Make a right and keep walking along the hallway until you get to the elevator in front of the clubhouse (right past the gym). Take the elevator to the THIRD floor. Then make a right out of the elevator, walking along that hallway, your condo door will be on your left. Your door number is 13068.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to park in the resident parking area, we will need your "YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, COLOR & YOUR LICENSE PLATE NUMBER TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE." If this information is not provided, your vehicle will be towed from the parking.
